I understand that I will not be able to participate in MASTERS POLSKA sp. z o.o. tournaments. and FOUNDATION "MASTERS-OLIMPIC POLSKA" (hereinafter - Tournaments), until I read, agree and sign this Declaration of Participation.
1. I will not place or receive a Bet on any match or event in the Tournaments.
2. I will not use any inside information to place bets, manipulate Tournaments or any other corrupt purpose, either by myself or by any other person (or organization).
3. I will not engage in any match-fixing activity, which means: deliberate action, action or omission to improperly alter the outcome or course of a match/event in order to eliminate all or part of the unpredictability playing Tournaments for unlawful personal gain or other people..
4. At my earliest opportunity, I will disclose to Tournament management full details of any approaches or invitations I receive to engage in activities that may violate this Member Statement, and any information that may be relevant to this Participant Statement.
5. I will not solicit, suggest, induce, advise, persuade, encourage, pay for and/or facilitate violations of this Member Statement.
6. I will fully cooperate with any investigation requested by Tournament management.
7. I understand that for violating this Participant's Declaration, I may be suspended from participation in the Tournaments upon notifying the relevant authorities of all existing violations.
8. I am responsible for my health.
