MastersPL Regulations updated

We have updated the MastersPL Regulations. Key information:

Removal from a tournament: Organisational removal due to a significant mismatch in playing level or current condition applies only to the current tournament and is not a sanction. Completed match results remain in the standings; prize money is payable only for matches played.
Fair play: Collusion, simulated competition and prize sharing linked to reduced genuine competition are prohibited. A poor result, injury or fatigue alone does not prove a violation.
Case review: Decisions take account of all the material and the opportunity to provide explanations. Temporary suspension is protective and does not constitute a finding of a violation.
Appeals: The deadline is 3 calendar days from confirmed delivery of the full reasoned decision. The delivery day is excluded; weekends and public holidays count. The deadline expires at the end of the third day according to Polish time. State your grounds and the change requested; new evidence is not required.
